"Street Dreams", which is his full out big screen picture, Rob aint holding back.. He even got professional skateboarders/actors Ryan Sheckler, Paul Rodriguez, Ryan Dunn, and Terry Kennedy holding it down in the flick. Rob is jive for this one, but for some reason, I have a funny feeling this one is going to blow up and he is really opening some doors for the skateboarding community no question...

Here are a few dope projects that you can flip in the office while trying to stay busy at the workplace.. With just some office supplies and around the corner coffee stuff and a creative mind you can flip some ill ass models.. For instance the Mario Cart built by Donald Kennedy.. It's made out of colored paper clips, binding clips, push pins, and loose change.. Or the original series Star Trek Enterprise model made out of a couple of binder clips, an old CD, a couple of ink pens... Better yet what about the Dan Winters Star Wars Tie Fighter model out of Starbucks cups, cup insulation jackets and coffee stirrers, super creative if you ask me... But let's say you are not that creative, then try hitting a paper craft project site...You just download a PDF with instructions and colored templates for the models, print, on paper or card stock, grab your scissors and white glue, and you've got hours of cutting, folding, and gluing fun ahead of you. ( Refering to RObo Cop / Terminator Characters) But if you got a real amount of time and skill on your hands you can grab 25 sheets of 4 x 8 single-ply cardboard, you can construct a 17' tall model of Gandhi!

In a society where debates over lyrical content often overshadow the complex craft that is Rap or MC'ing, a significant poetic genre is going under-recognized.

A book of rhymes is where MCs write their lyrics and is thus, where Rap becomes poetry. In BOOK OF RHYMES: The Poetics of Hip Hop March 3, 2009, literary scholar Adam Bradley explores the poetic intricacies of MC'ing, explaining how "My flow is in the pocket like wallets / I got the bounce like hydraulics" compares to "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? / Though art more lovely and more temperate." Bradley, who was trained in Black Studies by Henry Louis Gates, Jr. and Cornel West, and in poetics by poetry critic Helen Vendler, dissects the basic components of poetry, revealing the ways in which MC'ing not only conforms to, but has advanced the medium.

This relationship between tradition and innovation is exemplified in Rap's dual rhythmic voice. This convergence of rhymes over beats represents the MC's greatest contribution to the rhythm of poetry, and while it is an innovation to the art form, it retains allegiance to the rules of meter that define so much classic literary poetry. In establishing Hip Hop's place within the world of poetry, BOOK OF RHYMES further clarifies that to overlook Hip Hop lyricism is to miss the vanguard of poetry today.

In the mid 90's Doo Wop hooked up with F.E.D.S. Magazine when F.E.D.S. just came out and dropped a double cassette mixtape alongside the magazine called "Mixtape Scarface"(to promote the magazine)... Here is a classic example of a nice mixtape chalked up with tons of exclusives and some freestyles.. This is a early 90's mixtape so you going to hear a lot of that early 90's music.. I Went to a few spots and also checked in on some Berzerkley Hip-Hop (Berkeley). Even though security was trying to set trip on our gear(Until we sunned him real quick). I still had a good time no doubt about it... I Saw some real nice graff, and grabbed some soul power(records) for cheap.. Now that Serato is a house hold name.. Sucka ass deejays in the bay are selling there stash for real cheap..So me and the famz was swoopin on all types of jewels... I attached a few clips so you can see how funkwhatyaheard and the UZN Northstar be getting loose these days..Taking you to some spots most Hip-Hop heads would be scared to check in on, cause they get checked out real fast....Much love to Refa 1, Kufu, Mando, Shaone,Deejay Fooders, Brotha Markasss, Jonelle, and Drasar Monumental...
